Can I request a custom design?
Yes! Customs are open unless stated otherwise. I love making custom cases! Feel free to DM me with your ideas, color themes, fave charms, or inspo pics. ❤︎
How long does shipping take?
Each order is handmade with love, so processing usually takes 1–2 weeks. UK orders ship faster, and I offer quicker delivery options if you're in a rush.
What phone models do you offer?
Mainly iPhones, including newer models! If you don’t see your phone listed, feel free to message me — I may be able to source one!
Are the charms secure?
Yes! All charms are strongly secured to your case. However, please do not bend or force the case, as that can loosen or break charm attachments.
